The holidays are a wonderful time for spending time with the people closest to you and giving back to those who are less fortunate. However, it can be such a busy time of year that it can also be a stressful time for most people. It seems like there is never a free minute to just relax and unwind. After all of the festivities have died down and you finally have a minute to yourself, these tips for de-stressing at The Amaranth after the holidays will help you get back to feeling like your best self!
Exercise
Exercise is one of the best ways to de-stress and also a great way to counteract all of those holidays meals and goodies you might have overindulged on. Alone Time
Nothing can beat good old fashion alone time to help you relax and de-stress. The main level lounge is the best place to curl up by the fireplace. You could bring a blanket and a book and sit on the wraparound patio, or listening to some music and just gaze out at the beautiful scenery. Or, head to our rooftop lounge and kick your feet up by the fireplace and watch your favorite show on the big-screen television. Afterward, take some time to look out at the incredible views.
